Our Code of Values
We believe that our mission
is to support enterprises and society to develop more healthy and sustainable
products and economies through our professional services and products. To
achieve this goal, we must strive to improve the value of our services and
products, and provide high-quality, reliable and trustworthy knowledge products
and services to enterprises, partners and society. We commit to make every
effort to assume our responsibilities in the following areas:
Professional Spirit:
1. Providing sustainable development management
consulting and products is a professional service. As a member of Ecovane/One-Metric
(1mi1) platform partners, we ensure that our
managers, employees, and partners respect the professional ethics contained in
this Code of Values.
2. We have always adhered to the highest ethical
standards in our professional work, and for the reasons related to our
customers, we only serve the legitimate interests of our customers.
Keep Promises:
3. We do what we can and make promises carefully. We
will never make promises that we cannot keep in the hope of winning customers.
there is nothing wrong with a bit of old-fashioned optimism, but we will never
rush to make promises that we know cannot be fulfilled.
4. We keep our promise. If we promise to complete the
project by March 31st, we will deliver the results to the client on or before
the 31st without any delay. If for some reason, we are unable to complete on
time in any case, then we will inform the customer as soon as possible and
propose a solution.
Professional Duty:
5. We use professional skills, high focus, and hard
work to complete our work as scheduled.
6. When customers seek our opinions due to trust, we
will openly present our ideas and never attempt to conceal the truth.
7. If there is no sustainable value for customers and
society, we will never recommend unnecessary products and services to
customers. If we find that the solution proposed by the customer is not
suitable, we will inform the customer and resign from the project.
8. We honestly and accurately calculate the marginal
cost we need to invest based on customer unique demands and expected delivery
value needs, and never betray customers' trust in us by cutting corners to meet
the purpose.
9. We will keep our clients confidential and never
misuse internal information. Customers trust us, allowing us to have access to
confidential information. Once this information is leaked, it can potentially
cause serious economic or other damage to customers. Therefore, we need to
abide by the principle of confidentiality, and never betray the trust of
customers.
Community Civic Responsibility:
10. We comply with legal regulations, technical rules,
recognized standards, and codes of conduct in the professional field. If our
customers ask to violate our values and code of conduct, we choose to refuse to
cooperate (such as trading under the table, etc.).
11. We keep in mind the interests of the public. If a
project violates this principle, we will remind our clients and strive to
encourage them to solve the problem. If necessary, we will withdraw from this
project.
12. We respect the personality and professional dignity
of employees, colleagues, and others, as well as the various individuals and
groups we meet.
13. When our clients are not end users and we are aware
of conflicts of interest between them, we will make our responsibilities as
consultants and solution providers clear to both clients and users. We hope the
conflict is resolved, otherwise we will withdraw from this project.
14. If we work on the same issue for two competing
companies, once we discover a conflict, whether potential or actual, we will
promptly disclose the conflict to the affected parties and take measures to
solve the problem, usually by signing a non-disclosure agreement. If we cannot
resolve the conflict through these methods, we will leave one of our clients.
Partner Duties:
15. We will not attempt, whether directly or
indirectly, to damage the professional reputation, prospects or business of
other partner companies (including but not limited to peer organizations, 1mi1
platform partners, regional support centers, etc.). Of course, this does not
mean that we cannot make technical comments when presenting to public
institutions on behalf of clients or in the committee report, nor that we are
unable to complain to the authority that set the code of conduct about the
inappropriate behavior of a company.
16. We will not directly or indirectly contact the
employees of other partner companies for the purpose of poaching.
17. When we feel that a certain project has been
entrusted to another company, we do not attempt to exclude the company or
interfere with its work.
18. Based on win-win cooperation, we make every effort
to support platform partners in expanding their business and achieving
high-quality delivery.
